We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Washington with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. This is a Full-Time role (40 hours/week) reporting to the Urgent Care Manager. We also have modified full time opportunities at 32/hours a week available.
This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses.

Responsibilities - Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
- Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
- Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate
- Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care
- Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results
- Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
- Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
- Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
Preferred Qualifications - Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience
- Experience with Athena EMR
Full Time Contractual Scheduling Requirements - 2,080 annual hours (40 hrs/week)
- Weekday evening shifts: 8 hrs scheduled between 5pm-11pm in clinician’s time zone
- Weekend shifts: Required every fourth weekend, with both Saturday and Sunday coverage. Each shift is 8 hours, scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM (clinician’s local time), with a rotation between day and evening shifts.
- Holiday shifts: 3 per calendar year

Full-Time: 40hrs/wk min - $123,000/yr on average with guaranteed base + equity + benefits. Additionally, Included Health offers productivity incentives for employees who exceed the visit target. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
