DescriptionKforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Scrum Master.Responsibilities:* Lead and coordinate project and team activities to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives* Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and planning activities* Monitor project progress, identify risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies* Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects* Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate status updates, and support decision-making* Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectivesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience* 5+ years of experience in project, program, or team leadership roles* Experience managing projects in a structured delivery environment* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines* Experience with project planning, tracking, and collaboration tools* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive resultsPreferred Qualifications:* Professional certification in project management, agile practices, or a related discipline* Experience leading large-scale business or technology initiatives* Experience working with geographically dispersed teamsJob TypeContractCompensation49 - $54
