Position: Pizza Cook- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available!

Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

Age Requirement : 16 Years old

Position Duties:

• Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
• Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
• Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard - open kitchen
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed
